Vitamin C

                                                                                              There are several vitamins are essential for our health and body. We can find vitamins in fruits and vegetables also we can find vitamins in sea food like shrimp and scallop. The most important vitamin for body is vitamin C . We can find vitamin C in different sources for example in fruits like orange,strawberry and kiwi. In vegetables we find the vitamin C in cabbage, green and red pepper and lettuce. There are many benefits of vitamin C. First benefit is have a good skin and hair. Second, help the body from getting infection and you able to have healthy teeth. Moreover,there are negative symptoms of less vitamin C in body. First symptom is dry hair and skin. Second,loose teeth,hair and anemia. Having a cup of the orange juice each day or vegetable soup it's will be enough actually to continue your day away from the doctor.
