Obisety and healthy food.
Obesity is one from the largest problems in society nowadays, especially here in UAE. A lot of people needs to change their daily food. Eating healthy food should be related with exercise is one of the best ways to help combat it. Sadly, many young people are not being set on the right side on this. This could possibly lead to a lot of problems including obesity. When it comes to eating food with salt, fat, and sugar can be beneficial to our health. Also eating healthy food everyday doesn't necessarily mean you have to go on diet; it simply depends on making the right choice when it comes to eating.
